The seller lists this as new. This is not the case. Here is a reply direct from Gigamon support:"From the information in our system, that serial number is from a used unit which should have been decommissioned." Gigamon Ticket number: ref:_00D30gQj._5001O1lqIay:refThe reason I went to the site is because the device is password protected and the seller did not provide the password so that I can reconfigure the device. The Gigamon site is the only place that you can get the documentation for the tap, and you can't get to the next higher level of access where the docs are without a valid password. Without the documentation, I can't reset the device to defaults. Yes, i've googled for it. Yes, i've tried multiple searches. Yes, I even tried the support community in the Gigamon site that I could get access to. Nothing.So, don't waste your money on a out-of-date and unsupported product, by a shady seller who misrepresented what was being sold.Good Luck!
