You only get one monitor -- your laptop monitor is mirrored to the projector, so you can't have anything off screen on your laptop display separate from the presentation. The MacOS driver in particular is of extremely poor quality, causing random disconnects for no reason only a few meters from the base station, and strange application lockups.Do yourself a favor. Avoid this and just buy a long HDMI cable.
